Cyanbaal (see' ann -ball) Founded in 2014, Patrick Georg Kasperski (Bochum Germany) and member Haether Wayward (Maryland, USA) have unveiled a harmonious tone that pierces through the night. The dark dystopian lyrics have sterile percussions, driving beats, and mysterious messages that sometimes collide with cringing smiles. Everyone needs a little Alice in their Wonderland and Cyanbaal still satisfies your Lovecraftian curiosity, Be ready to be lead by the hand down the alley to the strange and unusual.

Cyanbaal has now five full length releases, and one EP.  We received a lot of attention since our release "Dark Reflections" in 2021.  Our latest release in October 2023, "Living Tunnel Revision", was a very satisfying release giving the old Digital only album life with a physical CD, and pointed remixed and remastered sounds. We also have been able to reach another level of commitment.  We would like to continue our journey, expand our audience and explore new avenues. We have collaborated with several bands and working on the 6th release coming soon. With influences like Fields of the Nephilim, Skinny Puppy, and This Mortal Coil, our mission is to haunt as many as possible to enrich the scene with something strangely out of place.

We are also included on a few sampler Cds such as for the benefit of Ukraine, a Tribute album to Soft Cell and included with the issue #8 with Svartpunk Magazine Compilation. Other comps have been Goths for Sanctuaries and Obscura UnDead's "Unobscured V5 2023". We have received great reviews from Brutal Resonance, Luminous Dash and NocturnaZine.

Small Tours will be exclusive for we are mainly a studio band and we live Bi continental.  We have been working remotely and will continue to do so with occasional trips for media and creative efforts. Covid winter and summer tested the waters of live performances. We have managed to play on both continents within the last two years..  2024 will mainly be a year of studio work for our next release but do plan on applying to certain festivals.  Please request a link to dropbox for a copy of our work.
